About Gary

Hi.  I'm Gary Chupik. I'm a Certified Strategic Planning Facilitator with the Paterson Center and an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Executive Leadership Coach. I love strategic thinking. It's my life's passion. I'm also the guy behind It's a life-long ambition to see people and organizations do and be better. That's why I started my company and love to tell people about it. Who wouldn't LOVE seeing people and organizations experience significant breakthrough and dramatic results?

I've always been fascinated with progress and efficiency. Why do things the hard way when there's a better way? I have an insatiable desire to learn and be better than I was yesterday. I'm sure I drive my wife nuts sometimes (well, a lot of the time).  My insatiable appetite for learning has inspired me to share what I've learned over the course of 26 years in leadership positions on neighborhood, community, city, region, and national levels.

I am where I am today because of the people around me. I've led great organizations and teams with great people. I've followed in the footsteps of a lot of exceptional leaders for which I'm very grateful. My pride and joy are my immediate and extended family. I live in a suburb of Seattle, WA called Bothell. It's a great place to live. I love to smoke meat, watch and play sports, work out, and see the people I work with flourish.

I also have a passion for helping people reach their potential. In fact, I’m infatuated with it!

One of my favorite sayings is “Nothing feels as good as progress”. Not only do I love making progress personally, it’s what I do professionally. I’ll help you get better. Be better. Make progress.
